Indirect Tax Analyst – EMEA VAT Compliance

About the role
We are seeking an Indirect Tax Analyst to join an established international indirect tax team within a multinational technology company in Cork. The position provides hands‑on exposure to EMEA VAT compliance, involvement in tax projects and system initiatives, and the chance to develop expertise in a supportive global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review VAT returns for multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
- Manage Intrastat filings and EC Sales Listings.
- Support indirect tax compliance across various countries.
- Assist with tax‑related projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
- Participate in systems transformation activities within the tax function.
- Collaborate with finance and tax stakeholders locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Experience in indirect tax or VAT compliance, acquired in a practice or industry setting.
- Open‑minded attitude with a willingness to learn and take on hands‑on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
- Team player with interest in systems and continuous improvement.
