Indirect Tax Analyst – EMEA VAT Compliance

About the role

This position is part of an established international indirect tax team within a multinational technology organisation. You will gain hands‑on exposure to EMEA VAT compliance, contribute to tax‑related projects and support system transformation initiatives in a well‑structured, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review VAT returns for multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Manage Intrastat filings and EC Sales Listings.
• Support indirect tax compliance across various countries.
• Assist with tax projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in systems and transformation activities within the tax function.
• Collaborate closely with finance and tax stakeholders locally and internationally.

Required profile

• Experience in indirect tax or VAT compliance, either from a practice or industry setting.
• Open‑minded attitude with a willingness to learn and take on hands‑on tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Collaborative team player interested in systems and continuous improvement.
