Industrial Sales Representative – Dublin & Wicklow

About the role

Join NCH’s Industrial Division as a Sales Representative covering the East of Ireland, primarily Dublin and Wicklow. You will work in a field‑based environment, building strong customer relationships and promoting a portfolio of chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Sell chemical, technical maintenance and repair products to customers in heavy manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation and transportation sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts independently.
• Conduct on‑site visits and product demonstrations.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the customer service team for daily support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, cold calling or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Structured, communicative and hard‑working attitude with a genuine interest in a sales career.
• Valid driving licence.
• Self‑motivated with strong relationship‑building skills to achieve sales targets.

• Competitive basic salary €35,000‑€40,000 per year plus uncapped commission (OTE up to €45,000).
