About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse Referent specialized in day‑hospital oncology‑hematology to join our ambulatory care team. The professional will work under the supervision of the ambulatory area Nurse Manager, providing person‑centered care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and develop individualized care plans focused on their needs.
• Deliver nursing practice based on current standards, protocols and established procedures.
• Promote patient autonomy throughout the health process.
• Integrate family or support persons into the therapeutic regimen.
• Participate in the training and integration of new professionals and students.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Written and spoken Catalan proficiency.
• Post‑graduate training or Master’s in Oncology Patient Care or equivalent.
• Experience in oncology and hematology services is valued.
• Commitment, integrity, patient‑centered attitude, continuous improvement, collective learning, resilience, and leadership qualities.

• Full‑time schedule: 8:00 am – 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday (1620 hours per year).
