Inside Sales Executive – 12-Month Fixed-Term

About the role

The Inside Sales Executive will support sales activity across a portfolio of pharmacy accounts nationwide. Working full‑time in an office environment, the role focuses on managing and growing a designated group of pharmacy customers, strengthening engagement and ensuring timely follow‑up while collaborating closely with the external sales team and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound sales to a defined portfolio of pharmacy accounts, handling inbound queries as a secondary task.
• Promote and sell products in line with commercial priorities and agreed performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via telephone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, customer service and operations.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of customer interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and re‑engage customers.
• Support the rollout of sales campaigns and other commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales, account management or customer‑facing role.
• Previous telesales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Commercially aware with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Legal right to work within the EU.
