Inside Sales Executive - Agribusiness/Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing SaaS farm‑management platform. Based in Roscrea, you will work directly with Irish and UK farmers, helping them adopt and upgrade our app to improve on‑farm efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively call farmer leads to upsell app subscriptions and paid plans, aiming for high conversion rates.
• Manage renewal processes, handling payments and exceptions to maximise renewal conversion.
• Support members during onboarding, driving engagement and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, chat or other channels, resolving queries efficiently.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across assisted sales, onboarding and renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the end‑to‑end member experience and relay feedback on product features.
• Assist in preparing for industry shows and represent the company at events in Ireland and abroad.

Required profile

• Experience in a sales‑driven environment serving the Irish and UK markets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a focus on customer happiness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced SaaS setting.
• Interest or background in farming or agribusiness is an advantage.
