Inside Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are a global consultancy seeking an energetic Inside Sales Team Leader to head our high‑performing outbound B2B sales squad in Dublin. You will coach a mix of experienced agents and trainees, ensuring a seamless link between our Inside Sales "Engine Room" and the Field Sales Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver at least two coaching sessions daily, providing live call‑listening, real‑time feedback, and one‑to‑one development.
• Own daily team targets, call volumes, and appointment‑setting KPIs.
• Maintain a high‑energy sales floor through competitions, recognition, and celebration of wins.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Managers to guarantee a high‑quality sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one performance reviews and use data trends to optimise output.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a high‑volume call centre or outsourced sales environment.
• Background as a successful sales agent with a track record of closing deals.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance data.
• Confident, positive, and professional personality that can inspire a team.
