Installation Technician – Industrial Doors

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Installation Technician to join our team and work directly with customers, installing, modernising, repairing and servicing industrial door systems across a variety of client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install a range of industrial doors, including overhead sectional doors, roller shutters, dock levellers and dock doors.
• Perform planned and preventative maintenance on industrial door systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults quickly and efficiently.
• Carry out routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience installing, servicing and repairing industrial doors.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems rapidly.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Professional, approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
