About the role
This permanent, full‑time position is based in Gort, Co. Galway and involves delivering instruction and supervision to individuals using Corlann Disability Services. The role works 78 hours per fortnight and forms part of a publicly funded organisation delivering patient and client care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction and supervision to service users, ensuring safe and supportive environments.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in line with best practice.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities and outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Experience in patient and client care, preferably within disability or community access services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
