Instructor / Supervisor – Disability Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Instructor / Supervisor to join Corlann Disability Services in Gort. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction and supervision to individuals with disabilities, supporting their community access and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction and supervision to clients, tailoring activities to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Facilitate community access opportunities, encouraging independence and social inclusion.
• Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to a positive team environment.

Required profile

• Relevant experience working with people with disabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland; open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants.
• Commitment to the values of a publicly funded health service.
