Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

Join a leading insurance organisation in Dublin City Centre. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will sell motor, home and travel insurance to members and customers via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling). The position is permanent, full‑time and hybrid after training.

Key responsibilities

• Sell motor, home and travel insurance products to existing and prospective customers.
• Drive sales, meet and exceed performance targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive brand impression.
• Handle objections confidently, close sales and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Work collaboratively within a high‑performing team.
• Adhere to standard working hours: 8‑hour shifts Monday‑Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role, preferably in a contact centre.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Resilient, results‑driven attitude with the ability to handle objections.
• Adaptability and teamwork orientation.
• Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) are a plus or willingness to obtain them.
