Internal Account Sales Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Account Sales Manager to support sales growth and strengthen relationships with dealer partners. Based in Dublin with a hybrid working model, you will work closely with field sales colleagues to drive dealer performance through account management, training and proactive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for dealer partners, providing support and guidance.
• Assist field‑based account managers with dealer engagement, sales activity and account administration.
• Help achieve sales targets by managing pipelines and following up on opportunities.
• Coordinate and deliver dealer training on products, processes and systems.
• Conduct regular outbound calls to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and activity updates within CRM systems.
• Support dealer onboarding and ongoing engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and solution‑oriented.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Motivated, resilient and interested in sales and account management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• APA or CIP qualification (advantageous).
• Relevant financial services qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
