Internal Audit Manager – French Speaker

About the role

StoneX is seeking an Internal Audit Manager who is fluent in French to join its EMEA Internal Audit team in Dublin. Reporting to the Director of Internal Audit (EMEAA) in London, you will lead risk‑based audits across multiple European jurisdictions, covering both traditional financial‑services activities and emerging digital‑asset and crypto businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute financial, operational, compliance/AML and internal‑control audits in line with the EMEA audit plan and SOX requirements.
• Define audit scope, review workpapers, evaluate control effectiveness and ensure timely delivery of audit deliverables.
• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders on audit findings, remediation plans and risk‑mitigation measures.
• Prepare clear, practical audit reports and monitor the implementation and sustainability of corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with second‑line functions, external auditors and business leaders across Europe.
• Coach junior audit team members and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of internal or external audit experience within a multinational financial‑services firm, regulated institution, fintech or digital‑assets environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, SOX compliance and AML requirements.
• Fluent in French and English, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
