Internal Auditor – Dublin

About the role

Salesforce’s Internal Audit team is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its Dublin office. You will work independently to assess and improve the company’s operations, supporting both General & Administrative and Go‑to‑Market functions across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct independent audits covering G&A and GTM functions, following Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Prepare audit reports for the President & COO and the Audit and Finance Committee.
• Perform detailed testing procedures and follow‑up on audit findings to ensure timely remediation.
• Collaborate with business process owners and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Travel up to 30% and work from the Dublin office at least three days per week.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in finance, audit, or process optimisation.
• Strong understanding of audit life‑cycle, follow‑up processes, and best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills and high ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work across geographic locations.
