About the role
This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a leading legal organisation in Dublin by leading internal communications and driving its ESG (environment, social, governance) programme. You will enhance employee engagement, reinforce culture, and help deliver the sustainability strategy for 2026‑2027.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal communications across intranet, email and other digital platforms.
- Plan and deliver internal campaigns, including senior leadership messaging.
- Maintain intranet content and analyse engagement insights.
- Lead the ESG programme covering DEI, wellbeing, environmental, community and pro‑bono initiatives.
- Oversee ESG reporting, governance groups and external partnerships.
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability and volunteering activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in internal communications.
- Strong writing, editing and content‑creation abilities.
- Proven track record of delivering internal campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Experience managing ESG or sustainability programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and intranet tools such as Vuture.

What we offer
- Competitive salary of €70,000 per year.
- Hybrid working model – 4 days in‑office for the first 6 months, then 3 days.
