Internal Controls Manager – Senior Manager Level

About the role

This senior‑level Internal Controls Manager role is based in Dublin within a fast‑moving consumer goods organisation. You will partner with finance, technology, risk and audit teams to strengthen controls across stores, distribution and head‑office operations while supporting large‑scale business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to improve risk and controls across operations.
• Lead control testing, remediation and governance activities.
• Support audit readiness and drive practical process improvements.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system‑enabled controls and automation.
• Build strong relationships across finance, operations and technology.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in internal controls, audit, risk or process improvement.
• Background in retail, consumer goods or multi‑site environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of finance and operational controls.
• ACA, ACCA or similar qualification preferred.
