About the role

Google is looking for an International Growth Consultant to help Apps and Gaming customers expand their businesses worldwide. You will guide clients through the full sales cycle, from discovery to C‑level delivery, leveraging Google’s advertising and localization solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult Google’s Apps and Gaming customers on international growth strategies.
• Identify client objectives, diagnose operational hurdles (payments, logistics, localization) and propose data‑driven go‑to‑market recommendations.
• Translate market and consumer trends into actionable advertising and localization solutions.
• Act as a thought leader for the Apps and Gaming vertical, sharing industry and product expertise.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to deliver outcomes that drive both Google and customer success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, sales, business development, or strategy consulting.
• Fluent English communication skills for client relationship management.
• 3+ years analyzing market, product, and organizational data to shape strategies.
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving, structuring, and insight‑delivery abilities.

Required skills

• Android platform knowledge.
• iOS platform knowledge.
