International Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our in‑house tax team on a 10‑12 month fixed‑term contract. Based at our Dublin headquarters, you will work within a dynamic, commercially focused tax function, supporting both direct and indirect tax compliance across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance for EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Prepare and review tax provisions for accurate financial statement reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, the global Tax Team, and external advisors to deliver tax strategy and compliance projects.
• Support tax audits, negotiations, implementations and planning opportunities at local, regional and country levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance tax controls, efficiency and reporting.
• Own tax projects from planning through implementation, keeping key stakeholders informed.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s tax policy objectives.

Required profile

• Qualified tax professional with significant post‑qualification experience in a large professional services firm or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative culture.
