International Transport Planner & Support Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at our Dublin headquarters and forms part of the International Planning & Support team. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing daily international transport operations for a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily international transport operations and coordinate transport solutions.
• Ensure compliance with EU legislation and align with company and client requirements.
• Oversee tachograph management and maximise driver utilisation.
• Provide exceptional support to customers and internal colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and generate operational reports.

Required profile

• Current experience in international transportation.
• Strong analytical skills for data‑driven planning decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced transport environment with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Customer‑service orientation and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Computer literacy with familiarity in transport software, platforms and tools.
• Flexibility to work within a shift pattern.
