IT Operations & Support Lead – Aircraft Leasing

About the role

This position is the primary on‑site technology contact for a fast‑growing aircraft leasing platform establishing its Dublin office. You will combine day‑to‑day end‑user support with infrastructure and project work, ensuring a seamless technology experience for all colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high‑quality IT support to staff across the Dublin office.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, meeting rooms and general office technology.
• Manage support requests from intake through to successful resolution.
• Handle new‑joiner onboarding, hardware deployment and routine office technology operations.
• Collaborate with the external IT lead and third‑party partners on escalated incidents and infrastructure maintenance.
• Contribute to initiatives around IT infrastructure, security, governance, compliance and operational improvement.
• Assist with technology projects as the office expands.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure or end‑user technology within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, approachable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of supporting staff at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong service mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Well‑organized, adaptable and able to balance BAU support with project work.
