Jewellery Quality Control Specialist

About the role

Join Bulgari’s Global Logistics and Supply Chain Centre in Dublin as a Jewellery Quality Control Specialist. You will ensure that finished jewellery pieces, components and repair processes meet the brand’s exacting quality specifications, supporting both internal production and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality controls for finished products, components and repair processes.
• Coordinate inspections with the Quality Control team in Italy and ensure alignment with Bulgari standards.
• Report and manage quality issues, providing feedback to production and polishing teams.
• Maintain accurate Quality Control records and generate timely reports.
• Continuously improve QC processes, define metrics and KPIs, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments on continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury‑grade quality.
• Ability to manage workload priorities in line with supply planning.
• Effective communication skills for regular interaction with international QC teams.
• Willingness to attend a 2‑3 month training programme in Italy.
