Junior Paid Media Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Paid Media (Marketing) Executive to join our growing team in Ireland. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience, offering structured training and exposure to the full range of marketing and media activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of media campaigns across ATL and BTL channels.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal teams on campaign briefs and initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Google Analytics and platform data.
• Maintain and update marketing databases.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign planning.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Paid Media team.
• Stay up to date with media trends, supplier updates and platform innovations, sharing insights with the team.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (desirable but not required).
• 0–1 year of professional experience, including internships, university projects or part‑time work.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Creative problem‑solving ability and a proactive, eager‑to‑learn attitude.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics.
