Junior Project Manager – Structural Steel

About the role

Join a leading structural steel supplier in Ireland and work side‑by‑side with experienced project managers to deliver complex industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial and infrastructure projects. You will be involved from award through to installation, coordinating design, fabrication and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Track project programmes, key milestones and fabrication schedules.
• Coordinate information between clients, consultants, design, production and site teams.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries and maintain project documentation.
• Support procurement activities and monitor project costs against the programme.
• Attend project and site meetings, ensuring actions are followed through.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving.

Required profile

• A qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in construction, engineering or project coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Full driving licence and willingness to visit project sites as required.
