Payroll Executive

About the role

The Payroll Executive will join bwgfoods' Payroll Shared Service Centre in Dublin, handling weekly payrolls for multiple independent retailers. You will use SuccessFactors Employee Central and related technologies to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes for several retailers and businesses on a weekly basis.
• Process payments, deductions and payroll runs using SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Handle payroll queries from retailers and support data management for accurate processing.
• Review onboarding data to guarantee correct payroll set‑up and ensure compliance with Revenue regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, analyses and accounting documentation, and process joiners and leavers in the system.

Required profile

• Previous experience in ROI payroll and up‑to‑date knowledge of PAYE Modernisation compliance.
• Strong numerical, mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain high accuracy.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and deadline‑meeting skills.
• Critical thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP systems.
• Proficiency in payroll software and strong computer skills.
