Keyholder (24‑Hour) – Retail

About the role
Levi’s is looking for a motivated Keyholder to join its Dublin store team. Working a 24‑hour schedule, you will act as the essential link between our products and customers while supporting the store’s Stylists.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver top‑level customer service in line with brand values.
- Support store management with daily tasks, opening and closing duties when senior managers are absent.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to meet KPIs and personal sales targets.
- Maintain strong visual standards and assist with stockroom organization and deliveries.
Required profile
- Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
- Proven experience meeting retail KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and team‑player mindset.
- Experience managing a shop‑floor team.
