About the role
Join Wagamama’s vibrant kitchen team and play a key part in delivering fresh, high‑quality dishes to our guests. You’ll work alongside a diverse crew, gaining valuable life skills while ensuring every plate is prepared to the brand’s exacting standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items using fresh ingredients, without reliance on microwaves or heat lamps.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members from over 100 nationalities to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist with stock rotation, ingredient prep, and kitchen hygiene checks.
- Deliver dishes to guests promptly, upholding the Wagamama way of service.

- Genuine passion for fresh food and high‑quality cooking.
- Enjoy fast‑paced, buzzing kitchen environments.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
