You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the Kitchen Leader and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of taste, safety, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all food‑safety protocols and maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Sanitise equipment, manage allergens, and keep the kitchen spotless.
• Prepare ingredients using prep sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Support stock checks, rotation, and overall kitchen operations.
• Assist during busy periods by stepping into any required station.

Required profile

• Passionate about fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality food.
• Curious, eager to learn and improve daily.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Good level of English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.

Required skills

• Basic knife handling and willingness to develop chopping skills.
• Attention to detail for portion sizes, plating, and food safety.
