Laboratory Technician - Milk Hut

About the role

The Laboratory Technician will work in the Milk Hut facility, performing analytical testing on raw materials and in‑process liquids to ensure food safety and quality. This position supports both the Intake and product laboratories and reports to the Senior Lab Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely analytical testing in the Intake Laboratory.
• Provide support to other laboratories when required.
• Complete all documentation accurately following approved procedures.
• Identify and highlight any issues to the appropriate supervisor/manager and follow through to resolution.
• Comply with health and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Science or equivalent discipline (advantageous).
• Laboratory experience is an advantage.
• High level of flexibility, motivation and ability to work on own initiative.
• Team‑worker with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• High level of English verbal and written fluency.
