Lead Solution Consultant – French‑Speaking Markets

About the role

Docusign is seeking a Lead Solution Consultant to support its Commercial sales team in French‑speaking markets. You will translate complex customer business challenges into tailored solutions built on Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse complex customer business problems within the assigned territory.
• Visualise customers’ internal systems and map their challenges to Docusign solutions.
• Deliver custom product demonstrations, technical calls, workflow outlines, and respond to RFP/RFI requests.
• Articulate recommendations through product expertise, business process diagrams, and roadmap discussions.
• Partner with sales to achieve revenue targets and provide long‑term, high‑ROI solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Docusign platform, including current and future features.
• Leverage insights from production deployments to improve solution delivery.
• Champion Docusign’s security standards and certifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Pre‑sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven ability to present to customers both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
• Experience delivering impactful software demonstrations and writing technical proposals.
• Fluent in English and French (or Italian).
