About the role

We are seeking high‑performing professionals to join our remote, performance‑driven consultancy network. As a Leadership & Mindset Consultant you will work independently with ambitious clients, helping them expand their leadership capacity, shift mindsets, and navigate career or life transitions.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through strategic growth, leadership development, and mindset recalibration.
• Support individuals during pivotal professional and personal transitions.
• Lead values‑based conversations focused on alignment, timing, and fit.
• Promote established leadership and transformation programmes as part of broader development journeys.
• Build trust‑based relationships using digital platforms and a proven consulting framework.

Required profile

• Background in coaching, leadership development, L&D, facilitation, or consulting.
• Deep commitment to personal mastery and lifelong learning.
• Proven ability to thrive in autonomous, performance‑based environments.
• Strong communication skills with credibility, presence, and emotional intelligence.
• Motivation to operate at a higher level both professionally and personally.
