Learning & Delivery Specialist

About the role

Primark is looking for a Learning & Delivery Specialist to design, deliver and manage training programmes for store and regional teams across Ireland. You will work in a fast‑moving retail environment, partnering with People & Culture and operational leaders to ensure learning solutions are impactful and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder research and translate insights into global L&D strategies and tailored learning solutions.
• Manage multiple development programmes, overseeing design, delivery, logistics and communication.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions in high‑energy store settings, adapting style to frontline needs.
• Coordinate in‑person training logistics, maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure colleague access.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse data and recommend continuous improvements.
• Partner with People & Culture operations for accurate tracking and manage supplier relationships.
• Act as deputy for the L&D Delivery Manager when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering learning initiatives in corporate or retail environments.
• Proven experience working in fast‑paced settings such as retail, hospitality, logistics or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of learning principles, methodologies and best practices for both corporate and retail audiences.
