Learning & Development Delivery Specialist

About the role

Primark is looking for a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist to join its People & Culture team in Ireland. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for store and regional colleagues, ensuring rapid, high‑impact learning in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder research and shape global L&D strategies with tailored learning solutions.
• Manage multiple development programmes across diverse learning areas for store and regional teams.
• Facilitate engaging, interactive training sessions on the shop floor, adapting style to frontline needs.
• Coordinate in‑person training logistics, communications and LMS access for colleagues.
• Assess training effectiveness, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with People & Culture operations for accurate tracking and manage supplier relationships.
• Act as deputy for the L&D Delivery Manager when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering training initiatives in corporate or retail settings.
• Proven experience working in retail or similarly fast‑paced operational environments (e.g., hospitality, logistics, FMCG).
• Deep understanding of learning principles, methodologies and best practices for both corporate and retail sectors.
• Ability to build credibility quickly, operate at pace and deliver impact from day one.
