Learning & Development Lead

About the role

The Learning & Development Lead will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to shape the future capability of The Rehab Group’s workforce. This senior position designs, delivers and evaluates strategic learning solutions that align with organisational goals and the needs of people with disabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse current and future workforce capability gaps in collaboration with leaders and experts.
• Design, develop and continuously improve learning programmes using classroom, virtual, blended and workplace methods.
• Commission and manage external learning providers to ensure high‑quality content.
• Maintain and update learning pathways, skills frameworks and career development routes.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement based on evidence‑based practice.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification (NFQ8) in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• MCIPD qualification is desirable.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
