About the role
We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager to partner with senior leaders and drive a culture of continuous growth at Eirgen Pharma. In this role you will design, deliver and scale learning initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and support employee and leadership development across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business strategy into learning and capability development plans and advise on all L&D matters.
- Design, deliver and evaluate programmes using the 70:20:10 model, including leadership development, coaching and talent management initiatives such as succession planning.
- Identify current and future capability needs, develop capability frameworks and skills architectures, and use performance data to shape learning strategies.
- Support organisational change by embedding new behaviours, facilitating transitions such as restructures or new operating models, and championing psychological safety.
- Own the new‑hire onboarding journey to accelerate time‑to‑productivity and contribute to broader people initiatives including DEI and CSR.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and data‑analysis abilities.
