Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking an energetic, hands‑on Learning & Development Manager to join its People Team. You will work across the entire hospitality group, partnering with senior leaders to shape leadership capability and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver leadership development programmes for General Managers and senior teams.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and align learning solutions with business priorities.
• Manage the end‑to‑end learning lifecycle, from needs analysis through to evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external training providers and facilitators to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee logistical aspects of training events, including scheduling, venues and materials.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to work strategically while handling operational details.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence engaging senior leaders.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude and ownership of initiatives.
