Legal Analyst

About the role

Fenergo builds AI-powered client lifecycle management software for financial institutions, covering KYC, AML and compliance. As a Legal Analyst you will join the Legal Department, reporting directly to the Head of Legal (Sales & Commercial), and support the sale of Fenergo's technology products to customers, many of whom are global financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of commercial contract review.
• Prepare for contract negotiations by drafting responses to customer legal and commercial requests.
• Review customer relationship documents and other information to help give strategic advice to Fenergo's business leaders.
• Assist generally with the operations of the Legal Department.
• Liaise with commercial, technical and financial teams to understand how the business operates.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate keen to start a career as a commercial lawyer.
• Previous exposure to or interest in employment law matters is advantageous.
• Keen interest in commercial law.
• Intellectually curious, determined to learn, with superior attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
