Senior Legal Manager – Distribution & Products

About the role

Amundi Ireland Limited is seeking a Senior Legal Manager to lead its global distribution legal team based in Dublin. Reporting to the Deputy Group General Counsel, you will work across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East on distribution and product matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of two experienced lawyers in Dublin.
• Oversee legal management of the group’s third‑party and intragroup distribution network and maintain related templates.
• Support the Group Marketing function with legal review of marketing collateral for cross‑border products.
• Provide product legal structuring for Luxembourg‑domiciled UCITS funds and assist the Irish products legal team.
• Lead regulatory change initiatives and act as the legal SPOC for distribution regulatory matters.
• Supervise external counsel and ensure compliance with international and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in financial services/asset management.
• Proven experience leading and managing a legal team.
• Fluent English; high proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian is desirable.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, global environment and handle shifting priorities.
