About the role
We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join the commercial property department of a top‑tier law firm in Dublin City Centre. The role supports conveyancing and real‑estate matters, providing comprehensive administrative and legal assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including document drafting, diary management and general legal administration.
- Manage the end‑to‑end file lifecycle using the firm’s legal case management system.
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and liaise with stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Coordinate document production and work with document specialists as required.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, process time records and expense reports.
- Greet clients and visitors professionally.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as a legal secretary, executive assistant or similar in a real‑estate or conveyancing department.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage relationships with senior legal stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using a legal case management system.
