Loader/Offloader – Warehouse Operations

About the role

Join our Rathcoole warehouse team on a permanent Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (14:00–22:00). You will play a key part in keeping goods moving efficiently by loading and unloading vehicles and preparing products for storage.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Move products and materials to designated storage and staging areas.
• Inspect shipments for damage, shortages or discrepancies.
• Organise and stack products securely to prevent damage.
• Operate manual handling equipment, including pallet trucks and forklifts (where certified).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Report damaged goods, equipment issues or safety concerns and support daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehouse or logistics roles.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Understanding of safe material‑handling practices.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to support colleagues.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (certified).
• Pallet‑truck operation.
