Luxury CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist

About the role

Join a leading international luxury consumer brand as a Luxury CRM & Customer Engagement Specialist within the European E‑Commerce & Customer Experience team. Based in Dublin, this hybrid role sits between Customer Support and Central CRM, focusing on strategic, data‑driven client engagement for high‑value customers across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer and sales data to uncover engagement opportunities and purchasing behaviours.
• Manage and segment high‑value customer lists for personalised outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and CRM teams across Europe to optimise the client journey.
• Support strategic CRM and client‑eling initiatives across e‑commerce and customer experience channels.
• Monitor campaign and client engagement performance using reporting tools.
• Generate insights with Excel and PowerBI to influence business decisions.
• Assist in omnichannel communication plans and tailor personalised client experiences.
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders across CRM, e‑commerce and Customer Experience teams.

Required profile

• Experience in CRM, client‑eling, customer engagement or digital marketing within luxury, premium or high‑end consumer brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Understanding of one‑to‑one personalised engagement rather than mass marketing.
• Additional European language skills (Italian, Spanish, French or German) are a plus.
