Maintenance Reliability Technician

About the role

Arcadis is looking for a Maintenance Reliability Technician to join a site projects team on a pharmaceutical assignment in Kinsale, Co. Cork. The role is a 12‑month contract supporting a GMP manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies following departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with project and process engineers to create maintenance data for capital projects.
• Work with maintenance SMEs to ensure data aligns with established maintenance standards.
• Build data loaders for the site’s CMMS system.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment.
• Capability to read and interpret P&IDs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Experience using MAXIMO or other CMMS platforms.
