Management Accountant (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join a fast‑growing international group based in Dublin. The role offers a blend of operational finance ownership and strategic exposure across an expanding European structure, with regular interaction with teams in Ireland, France and Monaco.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain internal reporting standards and financial controls.
• Analyse budget variances and support financial planning.
• Monitor treasury activities and cash positions.
• Participate in international structuring and strategic finance projects.
• Engage with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive finance initiatives.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Full or part‑qualified ACCA, ACA or French equivalent.
• Strong foundation in management accounting.
• Fluent in English and French (or French with B2 English).
• Dynamic, hands‑on attitude and comfortable in a growing business environment.
• Availability within one month is preferred.
