Management Trainee – Hospitality (Dublin)

About the role

Join Motel One’s Management Trainee Programme in Dublin and rotate through three hotels over 12‑18 months. You will gain hands‑on experience across all operational areas, from Front Office to Housekeeping and Food & Beverage, while being mentored by senior managers.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through all hotel departments and actively support daily operations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist managers with team coordination, motivation and small‑scale leadership projects.
• Participate in internal training sessions and workshops at the Motel One Campus.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• At least one year of operational experience in a hotel setting; prior leadership exposure is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding location.
• Strong social skills, open communication style and a positive attitude.
• Analytical thinking, high quality awareness and a drive to become a Hotel Manager.
