Manual QA Engineer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to help train cutting‑edge AI models. You will work remotely, designing coding challenges and evaluating AI‑generated code to improve system performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve diverse coding problems used to train AI systems, with a focus on Android development.
• Write clear, high‑quality code snippets and detailed explanations for each problem.
• Evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, performance, and readability.
• Provide constructive feedback that directly influences the next generation of AI models.
• Collaborate with the DataAnnotation community to continuously improve training datasets.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
