Manufacturing Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Limerick manufacturing operation across Corrugator, Conversion, and Engineering functions, overseeing about 95 employees. This senior leadership position focuses on developing people, driving performance, and fostering an engaged manufacturing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production and engineering leadership teams.
• Build a high‑performance culture with clear accountability and ownership.
• Drive employee engagement, succession planning, and team development.
• Create strong collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Planning, Logistics, and Quality.
• Lead manufacturing performance across safety, OTIF, waste, quality, OEE, and productivity.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives such as Lean, TPM, SMED, and 5S.
• Promote proactive maintenance and asset‑reliability practices.
• Ensure the operation meets customer expectations and site objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities with a collaborative communication style.
• Ability to work across two shifts and office hours.
• Experience in production, engineering, and operational performance improvement.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, performance and operational efficiency.
