Marketing Analyst – Hotel Digital & Data Focus

About the role

The Carrigaline Court hotel is seeking a full‑time Marketing Analyst to join its Commercial team. You will support sales and marketing activities by turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue across all hotel channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse performance metrics from GA4, Hot‑soft PMS and Loungeup CRM and report findings to management.
• Manage and optimise the hotel website for SEO, using tools such as WordPress, Yoast and SEMrush.
• Plan, execute and monitor paid social and PPC campaigns, managing budgets and adjusting based on data.
• Design and launch CRM and email marketing campaigns, ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Maintain marketing databases and support revenue‑maximisation initiatives across product categories.
• Participate in weekly and monthly sales performance meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on cross‑departmental projects and content creation.
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers to achieve marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Marketing, Business or Data Science degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical background with experience using Google Analytics, Search Console and CRM platforms.
• Proven experience managing website content and SEO tools.
• Hands‑on experience with online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager) and pixel tracking (Google Tag Manager).
• Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and with GDPR data‑privacy requirements.
• Experience handling digital budgets and reporting.
