Marketing & Communications Executive (Fixed-Term)

About the role

This fixed‑term position (9‑12 months) covers a maternity leave and reports to the CFO. You will own BVP’s marketing and communications function, shaping strategy and delivering execution across digital, content and media channels for a range of investment products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a marketing and communications plan aligned with EIIS fundraising, the Green Transition Fund and the BVP Investor Club.
• Define audience segmentation for retail investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, brokers, accountants and institutional targets and tailor channel strategies.
• Plan and manage paid LinkedIn social campaigns targeting HNW investors and intermediaries during key fundraising windows.
• Set up and run email marketing automation and nurture sequences using platforms such as Mailchimp.
• Maintain BVP’s LinkedIn presence and website, ensuring content is current, accurate and on‑brand.
• Oversee basic SEO to improve discoverability for investment‑related searches.
• Build an editorial calendar, commission long‑form content, and draft opinion pieces for financial publications.
• Prepare press releases and manage media relations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy and B2B or financial‑services communications.
• Ability to work independently in a small, high‑performing team.
• Strong analytical mindset to track, measure and report marketing performance.
