Marketing & Content Specialist

About the role

SiSú is looking for a hands‑on Marketing & Content Specialist to grow its new Fizzique brand and the wider SiSú portfolio across the Irish market. You will work in a fast‑moving, small team, moving between retail aisles, TikTok shoots, gym activations and sales meetings to bring the brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Activate the Fizzique and SiSú brands across consumer touch‑points, driving trial and repeat purchase.
• Own and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) – from planning and content creation to publishing and community management.
• Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand strategy, spot trends and adapt content accordingly.
• Track content performance, analyse results and optimise future posts.
• Identify, engage and manage relationships with micro‑influencers, fitness personalities, wellness creators, cafés, gyms and community ambassadors.
• Support collaborations with brand co‑creator Katie Taylor and assist retail and food‑service activation initiatives.

Required profile

• Creative, organised and commercially aware.
• Comfortable working in a small business where priorities shift quickly.
• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to move between diverse activation environments.
• Understanding that marketing must drive sales, shelf impact and long‑term consumer demand.

Required skills

• Professional content creation for social platforms.
• Experience managing Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
• Ability to build and maintain influencer and community relationships.
