Marketing & Events Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Executive to join Skippio’s Dublin office. The role blends digital marketing with hands‑on event support, giving you ownership of our social channels, paid campaigns and on‑site activation at venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content calendar for all social media platforms, creating copy, posting and engaging with the community.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns, monitoring spend and performance.
• Capture, edit and produce photo and short‑form video content at live events and cafés.
• Produce short‑form videos that showcase the Skippio experience.
• Support live events on the ground, representing the brand and assisting the team.
• Manage email marketing campaigns through the company CRM and report on performance across channels.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to create partner‑facing collateral and brand assets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience managing a brand or personal social media account with an engaged audience.
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager (self‑taught or academic projects acceptable).
• Ability to shoot and edit high‑quality photo and short‑form video content using a phone or camera.
• Strong written communication skills for captions and professional emails.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Degree or qualification in marketing, media, communications or a related field.
