Marketing Executive

About the role

JJ Rhatigan & Company, a leading building contractor operating across Ireland and the UK, is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider team to deliver marketing projects that enhance the brand and support multi‑million‑euro construction programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Research, qualify and manage potential leads using the company’s CRM system.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral such as presentations, capability statements and brochures.
• Support website maintenance, SEO, social‑media content creation and online advertising.
• Produce the quarterly internal newsletter and create SharePoint content, including monthly health & safety awards.
• Assist with project‑specific communications – newsletters, Considerate Constructor Scheme updates, milestone events and social media posts.
• Coordinate photography and visual assets for project communications.
• Manage relationships with marketing suppliers and oversee the production of collateral.
• Maintain and populate the CRM system, ensuring all marketing materials are up‑to‑date.
• Conduct competitor research and analysis.

Required profile

• Proactive individual able to collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and wider team.
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects, events and communications simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for proofreading and content creation.
